Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Dersin Amacı:

Cerrahi hemşireliğine ilişkin temel kavram ve teoriler doğrultusunda, hasta ve ailesinin cerrahi müdahale öncesi, sırası ve sonrasında bütüncül bir yaklaşımla bakım ihtiyaçlarının belirlenmesine yönelik tanı ve hemşirelik tanısı konusunda bilgi, beceri ve davranış kazandırmaktır. Uygun hemşirelik girişimlerini planlamak, uygulamak ve sonuçlarını değerlendirmek ve hasta ve ailesi ile diğer sağlık profesyonelleri arasında etkili iletişim kurma konusunda bilgi, beceri ve davranış kazandırmaktır.

Dersin İçeriği:

Bu ders, cerrahi hastalarında cerrahi öncesi, cerrahi sırasında ve sonrasında hemşirelik bakımı, yara iyileşme süreci ve tedavi/bakımda güncel yaklaşımlar, cerrahi sonrası akut ağrı yönetimi, cerrahi enfeksiyonlar ve önlemler, tedavi/bakım ilkeleri ve cerrahi hasta beslenmesi konularında ileri düzeyde bilgi ve uygulamaları içermektedir.

1) Cerrahi müdahale öncesinde güvenli ve etkili hasta bakımını uygulama yeteneğini analiz eder ve gösterir.
2) Cerrahi müdahale öncesi, sırası ve sonrasında cerrahi hemşireliği uygulamalarında güncel teorik bilgiler kapsamında değerlendirir, analiz eder ve pratik beceriler gösterir.
3) Cerrahi girişim sonrası hemşirelik bakımını ve iyileşmeyi etkileyen faktörleri anlar.
4) Yara ve yanık bakımı hakkında girişim ve yenilikleri bilir.
5) Cerrahi hastasında ağrının tanısını ve etkin ağrı kontrolüne ilişkin bakım girişimlerini bilir ve uygulama becerisi gösterir.
6) Cerrahi enfeksiyonları tanımlar, kontrol önlemlerini bilir ve uygulama becerisini gösterir.
7) Sistemlere ve hasta bakımına özel cerrahi müdahale gerektiren cerrahi hastalıkları bilir.
8) Organ nakli yapılan hastanın hazırlık ve bakım özelliklerine uygun hemşirelik bakımını tanımlar.
