Course Objectives: | Teaching the concept of marketing, marketing methods and techniques and marketing venues. |
Course Content: | The concept and scope of marketing, its development, modern marketing management, the relationship between marketing management and the environment, the role of strategic marketing and marketing, business mission and objectives, portfolio creation, marketing information system and marketing research, market concept: consumer market and consumer behavior, industrial (organizational) ) market and industrial buyer behavior, market segmentation, basics of market segmentation: psychological, demographic, geographic, behavioral segmentation, target market selection, market targeting, market positioning, promotion concept, promotion decisions, product concept, product types and features, product mix decisions , product life cycle, price, price policies, pricing methods, distribution decisions, intermediaries, distribution channel design, promotion, concept and importance, promotion mix creation process, advertising, public relations, personal selling, sales promotion, service marketing, electronic commerce, marketing management and international marketing. |
