Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: To gain knowledge and skills about the care and follow-up to be applied to patients in intensive care and reanimation units, to teach the indications for emergency drug use, to provide information about respiratory failure, mechanical ventilation, shock and acute myocardial infarction.
Course Content: General principles; Follow-up and Diagnostic Methods; Intensive care concept; Total - parenteral nutrition; Ventilation application; Cardiopulmonary resuscitation; Post-op pain treatment methods; Analgesia and sedation in the ICU; Infection in the ICU; Traumas-Poisoning; Systemic problems in the ICU; Patient transfers.
