Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: Emphasizing the importance of cost information for business management, improving students' decision-making skills with the help of case studies, and introducing various planning and control techniques.
Course Content: In this course, the importance of cost information in terms of business management, the use of this information in various decisions, cost-volume-profit analysis, budgeting and standard costing as a control tool, performance evaluation and transfer pricing will be explained.

4) Knowledge of project management, risk management, innovation and change management, entrepreneurship and sustainable development
