Course Objectives: | Enable to know how administrative process in Human resources works and enable to explain functions of human resources. |
Course Content: | Human Resources concept; administration and planning of human resources fields; development of human resources; human in organization and administration; transmission from staff management to human resources; differences between staff management and human resources; problems in human resources; functions of human resources; planning to manpower; education and development; payment and evaluation of work, keeping; performance evaluation; administration of human resources in Turkey; staff management in Turkey. |
