Course Objectives: | To encourage students to think about informing and raising awareness about general topics of psychology, to establish a relationship between Psychology and Nutrition. |
Course Content: | The science of psychology, the importance of psychology in the field of health, the place of health psychology in the field of nutrition, taste perception and food selection, psychological basis of eating preferences, emotional hunger, appetite, and binge eating psychology, nutrition psychology, body perception, obesity and weakness psychology, psychology of purification with food. psychological foundations of eating disorders, consumer behavior and consumption psychology. |
