Course Objectives: | To gain theoretical knowledge and practical experience in non-communicable diseases. |
Course Content: | Nutrition, health, food groups, diseases, regulation of food intake, control of body weight, energy imbalance problems, obesity and weakness, cardiovascular diseases and nutritional therapy, metabolic syndrome and nutrition therapy, hypertension and nutrition therapy, diabetes, its history, diagnosis, classification, physiopathology , nutritional therapy in diabetes, carbohydrate count method in the nutritional treatment of diabetes |
