Course Objectives:	It is aimed to provide students with the ability to analyze the texts for specific translation purposes and to develop approaches to analyze and translate text types so that they can translate from Turkish to English.
Course Content:	- What is text analysis for specific translation purposes? - Text functions and types - Relationship between text type and text analysis for t - Translation of advertising and propaganda texts - As examples of vocative texts, Turkish advertisement and propaganda texts will be analyzed, translated into English by students - Translation of news texts
