Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: The objectives of this course are:
(i) to introduce students to the basic concepts of linguistics
(ii) to enable them to apply linguistic skills
(iii) to enable students to do linguistic analysis
Course Content: basic linguistic concepts, the origin of language, the development of writing, phonetics, phonology, morhology, syntacs, discourse analysis
