Occupational Profile of Graduates

Graduates of the Faculty of Dentistry are trained as dental professionals equipped with comprehensive knowledge, skills, and competencies in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of oral and dental diseases. They are expected to adopt evidence-based practices, adhere to ethical principles, and prioritize patient safety and high-quality healthcare delivery.

Graduates are competent in clinical decision-making, patient management, interdisciplinary collaboration, communication, and lifelong learning, and are well-versed in contemporary digital dentistry applications and modern treatment approaches.

Graduates of the program have a wide range of employment opportunities in both public and private healthcare institutions. They may work as dentists in state hospitals, university hospitals, oral and dental health centers, and private dental clinics and practices.

Graduates are also eligible to apply for the Examination of Specialization in Dentistry (DUS) to pursue specialization training. In addition, provided that they meet the requirements set by relevant legislation, they may continue to postgraduate education programs and pursue academic careers by engaging in research and teaching activities at universities.

Furthermore, graduates are qualified to contribute to community oral health services, preventive dentistry practices, and the development of health policies.
