Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: To teach the students the basic knowledge and concepts necessary to solve the problems that they may encounter when they enter the working life, what their rights are, to protect their rights, to file a lawsuit in the judicial authorities when necessary.
Course Content: Concept of law, functions of law, differences of legal rules from other legal rules regulating social life, types of sanctions, branches of law, sources of labor law, individual labor law, collective labor law
