Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: To develop mathematical thinking and solve problems encountered in mathematics, physics and engineering.
Course Content: First order ordinary differential equations (homogeneous and inhomogeneous cases, direct integration, integral factors, substitution). Second order ordinary differential equations (change of parameters, reduction of order). Laplace transformations and applications. Power series solutions of second order linear differential equations, Frobenius method.
