Occupational Profile of Graduates

Graduates of the Department of English Language and Literature at Istanbul Atlas University can teach at public or private schools after completing the one-year preparatory program offered by the National Education Academy. Additionally, upon completing a thesis-based master’s degree program, they can work as instructors in the Foreign Languages departments of public or private universities. They can also work as translators and editors at publishing houses, as well as in various private sector organizations such as tourism, media, international trade, and logistics. In recent years, they have also been able to find positions in fields such as content management, social media management, content writing, and digital marketing. They can also take on roles in various government ministries and numerous organizations related to the European Union.
