Course Objectives: | To explain physical activity and health, to understand the importance of physical activity and the different types of physical activity. |
Course Content: | Definition of health and basic health elements, explanation of physical activity, exercise, and sports concepts, importance and benefits of exercise training, indications, contraindications, and risks in exercise training, special exercises, recreational activities and target groups, physical activity and exercise practices that can be done for a healthy life. |
