Course Objectives:

Basic concepts, theories and concepts related to management and nursing services management
by examining the principles and applying them to the philosophy of nursing and health services in our country.
will be able to evaluate it in line with the needs in the field of management,
the knowledge required to lead care staff within the healthcare team,
To train nurses who have acquired skills and attitudes.

Course Content:

This lesson; Basic concepts and concepts related to management and nursing services management
necessary to lead maintenance personnel in line with theories
Includes knowledge and skills. (General Health System and Organization of Hospitals
Structure-Health Policies, Legal Regulations Related to Health and Nursing-
Management and Organization of Nursing Services, Management and Organization
Theories and Principles, Concepts Related to Management - Management process features, Leadership,
Power, Authority, Influence in Management, Leadership in Management, Management and Motivation,
Change Management, Conflict Management, Communication in Management, Meeting and Time
Management, Team Work).
