Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to introduce students to how a business can operate in interaction with the changing contemporary business environment within the framework of the following topics: Core topics and functions in business and management – basic leadership and management skills, vision and ethical standards, basic processes in strategic management, management Basic rules and principles in its functions. |
Course Content: | This course is designed to provide the student with a general perspective on the world of business and its relationship to the well-being of our society. The course will explore issues that impact daily life in the business environment. Topics include motivation, communication, organizational culture, MIS, organizational behavior, ethics and social responsibility, accounting, finance, marketing, international business, entrepreneurship and leadership. Additionally, this course covers basic topics and functions such as how to start, grow, and manage a business; leadership and managerial characteristics, and the strategic planning process. |
