Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: This course covers the formation of all forms of interpersonal violence, which is a universal problem, at the individual and social level, its consequences, working with the victim and gaining awareness and skills in violence management.
Course Content: Definition and nature of interpersonal violence Historical, social, cultural perspective and causes of interpersonal violence Types of interpersonal violence (Domestic Violence and its Management) Types of interpersonal violence (Violence against Women and its management) Types of interpersonal violence (Violence against Children and its Management) Types of interpersonal violence (Sexual violence and its management) Violence) Types of Interpersonal Violence (Self-directed Violence - Asceticism, Suicide, Euthanasia) Types of Interpersonal Violence (Violence at Workplace, Violence in Health Institutions) Types of Interpersonal Violence (Individual and Organized Violence - Mafia, Gang) Types of Interpersonal Violence (Interstate and Large Groups) Violence, War, Genocide) MIDTERM EXAM Types of Interpersonal Violence (Violence Against Animals and Other Objects) Types of Interpersonal Violence (Tradition - Moral Violence) Consequences of interpersonal violence, legal processes Forensic nursing and its roles
