Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to provide students with leadership knowledge and skills that will enable them to lead individually and professionally. |
Course Content: | This course; It includes basic concepts and theories about leadership, basic principles of effective team building, self-knowledge, empathy, time management, meeting management, conflict management, the problems of the nursing profession in education and practice, being asertiveness and topics to support assertive behavior. |
