Course Objectives: | The aim of this course for every student; Learning normal development and learning with neurological problems. |
Course Content: | Normal brain development; normal neuromotor development; risk factors causing disability and risky baby monitoring; mental retardation in terms of child neurology; childhood nervous system infections; classification of neurodevelopmental and psychiatric disorders: cognitive disorders; motor disorders; visual-hearing and speech disorders; epilepsy; schizophrenia; dyslexia; Learning problems and autism, diagnosis and follow-up of cerebral palsy, referral, epilepsy, definition of febrile referral and first aid, language and speech delay and its causes in children, neurological problems with autistic symptoms and its effect on language development, teamwork in neurological diseases. |
