Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: This course aims:
- to describe the characteristics of central change management approaches and leadership theories,
- to provide students an ability to apply the key concepts of this course in a systematic analysis of an organizational change process in an organization,
- to formulate and effectively communicate a change vision in an organizational setting.
Course Content: Leadership and change management course is designed to equip students with skills and knowledge to manage people and teams in the professional environment. The course emphasizes on the leadership skills and traits that the students will need while they are performing their jobs in the future. This course connects the practical issue of organizational change in both the public and private sectors with change management and leadership.
