Course Objectives: | The aim of the course is to provide a general understanding of the theory and practice of corporate finance The course covers the topics of financial statements, risk and return, investment rules, capital structure of the company, short term financing and long-term financing. |
Course Content: | This course closely examines basic concepts of corporate finance. It scrutunizes theory of finance, fundamental financial statements and capital structure of the company. It proves understanding about the role of financial manager in companies and his responsibilities. |
