Course Objectives: | The main aim of the course is to draw students an outline about education, performance and characteristics for human resources in an organization. The course intends to strengthen the students’ perception of HRM as an important function affecting individuals, organizations and society. The basic concepts, theoretical perspectives, activities, programs and techniques which will be introduced in this course would help students to understand how important the human resources function is in modern organizations. |
Course Content: | In HRM course, it is been provided an appropriate knowledge to link people-oriented activities to the business strategy. This course develops an understanding of the role and functions of the various human resource activities in an organization, providing students with a comprehensive review of key HRM concepts, techniques and issues. |
