Course Objectives: | Introduce organizational behavior theories that will allow students to analyze cases and their theoretical applications of organization system. Develop student’s management skills and awareness of organizational behavior by comparing it to real business situations and interactions. |
Course Content: | This course concerns the study of human behavior in organizations and introduces the theories of organizational behavior and its applications to the functions, needs, and role of management. This course examines its subjects at three level as individual, group and organizational level. With the help of OB researchers will be able to explain and to predict acts of organizational members in the course of the achievement of organizational objectives. The course examines the disciplinary foundations of organizational behavior, the major conceptual models that purport to explain organizational behavior, the methods used to study organizations, and the trends in the field. Content is based on basic concepts of motivation, control, change, and team building, as well as the development of effective relationships in a diverse work environment. |
