Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives:	It aims to acquire the necessary theoretical knowledge that they can use in their professional life in the laboratories of Medical Biochemistry and Medical Microbiology and to gain the skills to apply in practice.
Course Content:	Materials used in the laboratory, laboratory instruments and their use, basic laboratory techniques, sample taking and analysis, preparation preparate, use of microscope, calibration and use of precision balance, preparation of medium, pH meter calibration and solution pH measurement, material and medium using oven and autoclave sterilization, use of laminar flow, cell culture.
