| Course Objectives: | Over the year, students will improve their ability to read and comprehend a variety of texts, from articles and short stories to more complex materials like essays and reports. Over the course of the year, students will increase their vocabulary and solidify their understanding of grammar structures, using them accurately and appropriately in both speaking and writing. By the end of the year, students will feel more comfortable and confident in using English for everyday communication, both in casual and formal settings. |
| Course Content: | Students will develop their ability to introduce themselves and use simple expressions for communication in daily life situations. Activities will focus on using English for communication in everyday scenarios such as shopping and dining in restaurants. Students will practice constructing sentences using past and future tenses, discussing past experiences and future plans. Students will learn to make travel plans, talk about vacation activities and destinations, and use relevant language related to these topics. Activities will include writing CVs, conducting job interviews, and enhancing professional communication skills. Students will develop their skills in written communication, such as composing emails, letters, and reports. Students will improve their listening and comprehension skills through content like podcasts, interviews, and news reports. Focus on grammar structures and vocabulary expansion to enable students to form more complex sentences and learn new words. |
