Course Objectives: | By ensuring that students have knowledge about the behaviors and relationships of humans, who are biopsychosocial beings, they can be productive, happy and satisfied through successful relationships in both their personal and professional lives: First of all, they need to know themselves and develop interpersonal relationship skills that will be effective, useful and helpful in a holistic approach to sick and healthy individuals. It is aimed for students to develop the desired behaviors with the necessary principles, methods and technical knowledge so that they can use them effectively. |
Course Content: | This course includes the process of communication, its elements and characteristics, types of communication, communication obstacles, communication models, self-awareness, human behavior, understanding people, therapeutic and non-therapeutic communication methods, recognizing and managing difficult people, coping with stress and communication with individuals with special situations. |
