Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Dersin Amacı:

Bu ders ile öğrenciler, psikologlar, psikiyatristler ve nörobilimciler tarafından kullanılan araştırma yöntemleri hakkında nispeten sofistike bir anlayış kazanacaklardır. Ayrıca, öğrenciler araştırma projelerini tamamlayacak ve bulgularını İstanbul Atlas Üniversitesi'nde düzenlenecek bir öğrenci konferansında sunacaklardır. Öğrenciler test edilebilir hipotezler oluşturmayı, bir protokol tasarlamayı, SPSS kullanarak veri toplamayı ve analiz etmeyi ve bulguları sunmayı öğreneceklerdir.

Dersin İçeriği:

Konular, Araştırma Yöntemleri konularının tekrar gözden geçirilmesini içerecektir. Tekrarın ardından öğrenciler bağımsız araştırma projelerini tamamlayacaklardır. Eğitmen öğrenci gruplarına araştırma konuları ve materyalleri sağlayacaktır. SPSS kullanımı ve uygun istatistiksel testlerin seçilmesi üzerinde durulacaktır.
