Course Objectives: | The undergraduate basic biochemistry teaching techniques and laboratory has become an essential feature in the training of students in biochemistry, chemistry and molecular biology and related biological sciences. Students must acquire extensive experience working with biomolecules in the laboratory and a formal laboratory course is usually the first step to gain that experience. This course prepares students for participation in future research and development projects |
Course Content: | Reaktif olarak su, laboratuar güvenliği ve biyogüvenlik, Laboratuar defteri ve rapor hazırlama, Biyolojik örneklerin hazırlanması, homojenizasyon /parçalama, santrifüj, membran filtrasyon teknikleri, çöktürme teknikleri, kromatografik yöntemler, elektroforetik yöntemler; protein (SDS-PAGE, IEF, 2D-PAGE) ve DNA elektroforezi, İmmünolojik teknikler |
