1) The student who completes this course will be able to define the anatomy, physiology and pathology of the cardiopulmonary system related to occupational therapy.
2) The student who completes this course will be able to describe the tests and precautions commonly used in the evaluation of patients with cardiopulmonary disease.
3) Student who completes this course will be able to define clinical signs of occupational therapy related lung diseases.
4) The student will have the competence to develop and implement interventions suitable for the role of the occupational therapist for the individual with cardiopulmonary disease.
