Course Objectives: | Evaluating the effects of physical activity on healthy life and realizing the importance of physical activity in terms of health. |
Course Content: | Learning the benefits of regular physical activity and methods of increasing the quality of life, examining physical activity levels in Turkey and in the world, learning objective and subjective evaluation methods of physical activity, learning types of physical activity specific to special groups. |
