Course Objectives:	The aim of this course; To give information about the individual, social and world-wide problems and consequences of nutrition science. To emphasize the importance of nutrition and to teach how adequate and balanced nutrition should be transferred to the preschool age group.
Course Content:	Definition of nutrition, its importance, nutrients, nutrients, enrichment of foods in terms of nutritional values, nutrition of pregnant and lactating women, the harms of malnutrition, nutrition problems in children, suitable foods for 0-6 year old children, creating a menu for preschool period, health in the preparation of foods and cleaning rules.
