Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives:	This course aims to apply and develop the student's ability to provide education/consultancy training within the scope of safe motherhood by using effective communication and education techniques.
Course Content:	The concept of safe motherhood and related indicators, mother-friendly hospital practice and criteria, safe motherhood training/consultancy programs, methods and the role of the midwife, basic principles in human communication. Topics include needs, reproductive health, individual values and attitudes, group dynamics and roles, contract making and evaluation in education.
