Course Objectives: |
It is to define criminology, to introduce the biological methods used in evidence collection and criminal investigation. |
Course Content: |
Definition of criminology and its relations with other sciences, Concepts of Incident and Crime Scene, Concept of Material Evidence, Crime Scene Investigation Methods, Crime Scene Detection Methods, Criminal case discrimination and evidence collection, Sexual Crimes, Murder cases, Traffic Accidents, Crime scene investigation and theft crimes. Evidence collection, Serological examination methods, Criminal DNA analysis methods, Paternity test, Criminal toxicology and addiction are the contents of the course. |
