Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to learn the principles of cell culture, to have an idea about all the materials to be used in the work environment, to see what contamination causes in cell culture, to perform decontamination, to provide basic learning of each cell culture step where sterilization and disinfection are important. |
Course Content: | The basic principles of cell culture, practical aspects, decontamination problem, which is frequently encountered in practice, sensitivity to aseptic working, why cell culture is important are the content of this course. How disinfection and sterilization applications are performed in infertility laboratories, which is one of the study areas, indicates the content of this course. |
