Course Objectives: | The main purpose of this course is to teach disinfectants used in disinfection, to give information about their effect mechanisms and domains, to gain information about the types of disinfectants, their intended use and disinfection control. |
Course Content: | Definitions related to disinfection, factors affecting disinfection, general characteristics of disinfectants, disinfectants and antiseptics, mechanisms of action of disinfectants, disinfectants according to their area of effect, Neutralization of disinfectants, disinfectants according to their usage areas, disinfection in hospital environment, disinfection control, antiseptics and their areas of effect are the content of this course. |
