Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: This course aims to provide knowledge about serological, molecular, mycological, parasitological and virological diagnostic methods of microorganisms.
Course Content: Introduction to Microbiology Laboratory, Media used in Microbiology Laboratory, Staining Methods, Microscopic examination, Cultivation of clinical specimens, Bacteria culture, Antibiotic susceptibility tests, Mycological examination, Parasitological examination, Serological Methods, Molecular Methods, Virological examinations.
