Course Objectives:

It is the emphasis and transfer of general information about the properties, importance and functions of certain structures, drugs, biological macromolecules, chemical intermediates or similar selected structures that changed the history of humanity and science in the fields of health sciences and chemistry, starting with their discovery.

Course Content:

Atoms, molecules, synthesis and the importance of chemicals in our lives, Uric acid, acetic acid, glucose, terpineol, tropinone, Haemin, quinine, morphine, Steroids and birth control, Strychnine, penicillin and antibiotics Antibiotics Leukotrienes and analgesics, Vitamins and nutritional supplements, Phytotherapeutics, Central Nervous System depressants, stimulants and addiction, Taxol, amphotericin, cyclosporine and cancer drugs, Nucleic acids and enzymes, Presentation, Presentation; Includes topics.
