Course Objectives: | he course aims to enable students to comprehend the lifestyle in the prehistoric period, the emergence of state societies and the relationship of this process with the invention of different forms of writing, the common features of civilizations and the innovations brought by modern times. |
Course Content: | The course starts with a general evaluation of human history and continues with the Neolithic period and the transition to permanent settlement. Thus, major developments in human history, from ancient civilizations to the First World War, will be examined. |
