Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: The objective of this course is to introduce students to various tests and assessment methods used in the field of neuropsychology, and to provide knowledge and skills in administering, interpreting, and reporting these tests. The aim is for students to understand the relationship between brain and behavior, and learn how psychological tests can be used in the diagnosis and treatment of neuropsychological disorders.
Course Content: Foundations and history of neuropsychology
Brain structures and functions
Neuropsychological assessment processes
Various neuropsychological tests and their application areas (attention, memory, language, functional skills, etc.)
Interpretation and reporting of test results
Case studies in neuropsychological assessment
