Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: The aim of the course is to teach structure and function of the nucleic acids and proteins, DNA replication and repair mechanisms.
Course Content: Structure and function of DNA and RNA, Dynamic three dimensional structure of prokaryotic and eukaryotic DNA, DNA replication, DNA repair mechanisms, protein structure and function.
