Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: The explanation of the importance of somatic and stem cell culture systems on human health and bioengineering, teaching the basic principles and teorical classes
Course Content: Cell Culture / Cell Knowledge/ Cell culture types / Sterilization- Dysinfectation / The factors affected cell culture development / Stem cell culture / Applications of stem cells in tissue engineering / Cryopreservation of cells and fundamental aspects
