Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to teach students the basis of doing business ethically and socially responsible and the basic concepts of business ethics and corporate social responsibility in order to provide the intellectual infrastructure to those business administration students who want to specialize in the management area in the future. |
Course Content: | This course is intended to examine major perspectives in business ethics and corporate social responsibility and its impact on organizations. Management and business life. This course will provide the opportunity to introduce and discuss the ethical problems that an organization should deal with and the responsibilities of an organizations while they are operating The course sets the fundamental knowledge related with ethical behavior. Further, it explores how organizations function, develop, and modify themselves to reflect the needs of the external as well as the internal environments. The course explains the different approaches to make business ethically and socially responsible on a global scale. |
