Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to teach students the basic functions of management, the historical development of management thought, and the basic concepts of business management such as communication, leadership, decision-making and motivation; Our aim is to provide the necessary knowledge infrastructure to business management students who want to specialize in this field in the future. |
Course Content: | This course aims to examine major perspectives in organization theory and their impact on organizations and management. The Management and Organization course will provide the opportunity to introduce and discuss all the important studies in organization theory and practical applications to organizations. Lesson; Determines basic information about management, organizations and organizational structures. It also explores how organizations operate, develop and change themselves to reflect the needs of the external environment as well as the internal environment. The course explains different organizational alternatives and coordination mechanisms and addresses the intellectual consequences of human resources on a global scale. |
