Course Objectives: | The objective of this course is to teach students the fundamentals of conflict resolution and negotiation techniques; to help them develop effective communication skills in various conflict scenarios, and to enable them to develop applicable resolution strategies in their personal and professional lives. |
Course Content: | Ders Amacı / Course Objective: Bu dersin amacı, öğrencilere çatışma çözümleme ve müzakere tekniklerinin temellerini öğretmek; çeşitli çatışma senaryolarında etkili iletişim becerilerini geliştirmelerine yardımcı olmak ve kişisel ve profesyonel yaşamlarında uygulanabilir çözüm stratejileri geliştirmelerini sağlamaktır.
