Course Objectives: The objective of this course is to teach students the fundamentals of conflict resolution and negotiation techniques; to help them develop effective communication skills in various conflict scenarios, and to enable them to develop applicable resolution strategies in their personal and professional lives.

Bu dersin amacı, öğrencilere çatışma çözümleme ve müzakere tekniklerinin temellerini öğretmek; çeşitli çatışma senaryolarında etkili iletişim becerilerini geliştirmelerine yardımcı olmak ve kişisel ve profesyonel yaşamlarında uygulanabilir çözüm stratejileri geliştirmelerini sağlamaktır.
