Course Objectives:	The goal of this course is to introduce students to current concepts in industrial and organizational psychology, fostering an understanding of the dynamics of the business environment and cultivating the necessary psychological skills and insights to effectively navigate, influence, and contribute to these dynamics.
Course Content:	Positive Psychology Applications, Well-being, Happiness, Mindfulness, Psychological Resilience, Work-Life Balance, Emotions at Work, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Practices, Job Stress, Psychosocial Risk Assessment, Organizational Trauma.
