Course Objectives:	The aim of this course is to gain a general understanding of measurement and evaluation techniques used in psychology.
Course Content:	In line with this goal, measurement of psychological phenomena, evaluation of measurements and how these measurements are used in decision-making processes constitute the content of the course.
