Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to introduce the discipline of industrial and organizational psychology and assist students in acquiring the fundamental knowledge and expertise needed to work in this field.
Course Content: History of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Employee Health, Work-Life Conflict, Job Stress, Employee Motivation, Organizational Culture, Recruitment, Performance Evaluation, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Training-Development
