Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: The objectives of allelopathy course are to explain chemical interactions between plant-plant, plant-insect and plant-microorganisms, describe methods employing for allelopathic research and to provide students a graduate level course, addressing allelopathy with biologic, agricultural, environmental, molecular and biotechnological aspects.
Course Content: Descrition of allelopathy and history of allelopathy, chemical interactions between plant-insect, allelopathy in walnut, allelopathy in alfalfa, allelopathy in forest plants, allelopathy in Cruciferous plants, allelopathy in legumenous plants, practical importance of allelopathy.
