Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: - To understand and gain the skills of Purification and Separation Techniques - To teach basic knowledge and techniques about Chromatography - To give basic and theoritical knowledge about the High Pressure Liquid Chromatography - To provide the theoretical knowledge about Gas Chromatography
Course Content: History of chromatography, Separation Methods, Extraction Techniques, Types of Chromatography and Chromatography Techniques, Adsorption, Partition, Ion Exchange Chromatography, Electrophoresis Techniques, Normal Phase Liguid Chromatography, Reverse Phase Liguid Chromatography, High Pressure and Liquid Chromatography, Seperation of Chiral Substances, Gas Chromatography
