Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to enable students to learn the functional anatomy of the upper & lower extremities, trunk and spine and to use the theoretical knowledge they have learned at the level of functional movement analysis.
Course Content: In this course, functional anatomy of upper & lower extremities, trunk and spine, functional movement analysis and gait analysis are taught.

Program Outcomes
1) In the field of physiotherapy and rehabilitation, student can follow the current approaches in the literature and apply these gains in academic and clinical studies, along with having full knowledge of evidence-based basic assessment, evaluation and treatment.
2) In physical therapy and rehabilitation programs, student carries out his professional studies at the highest level, in the role of a physiotherapist, in an independent or multidisciplinary approach and within the framework of ethical principles.
3) Using his high research skills, student takes part in scientific research and projects, interprets the outputs of these studies based on appropriate statistical methods and realizes these outputs in the clinic.
4) Identifies clinical problems with his/her experience in different disciplines of physiotherapy and rehabilitation, and uses his knowledge, skills and experience to solve these problems.
5) Has awareness and responsibility in public health issues and applies preventive and improving physiotherapy and rehabilitation interventions.
6) She/He has mastered at least one foreign language in the European language portfolio and uses this knowledge to improve himself and his profession in professional and academic studies.
